About The Property

An unforgettable place to stay.

VITAREL, MONTAGUDET, FRANCE.

Stay in a peaceful farmhouse in rural SW France. Sleeps 10 with four independent units each with its own kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Vitarel is perfect for large family gatherings, groups of friends, and events and weddings.

Modernism, tradition, and sustainability.

From the exterior, Vitarel is an example of traditional Quercy architecture but with modern interiors and conveniences. Throughout the property, there are vintage mid-century modern furniture and 20th-century art, which live alongside original furniture pieces designed by the owner, an industrial designer.

The property is a leading example of environmentally sustainable building. All the energy required to run Vitarel is powered by solar. Rainwater is reclaimed from the roofs and captured in large hidden underground reservoirs for irrigation. There is two electric vehicle charging stations for both a Tesla and standard EV charging. Innovative home technology uses energy wisely and adapts conditions to the guests' needs.
